Day 1 : Arrival in KBR airport in Leh
Enjoy the thrill of landing in temperatures of -10 degrees as you land at the KBR airport in Leh. The land is beautifully white, with an endless expanse of soft snow dominating the scene. The day will be free to give yourself time to get acclimatized to the higher altitude. Night stay at LEH.Â

Day 2 : Leh
After breakfast enjoy the excursion of Monasteries and Palaces around Leh. Visit Thiksey Monastery, photo halt at the base of the Shey Palace, Patthar sahib Gurudwara, Magnetic hill , Sindhu Zanskar Sangam view point, Shanti Stupa. Night Stay at LEH.

Day 3 : Leh – Chumathang
After breakfast departure to Chumathang. Chumathang is famous for its hot Sulphur springs that bubble from the ground near the banks of the ice-cold Indus River. The drastic change in winter landscape as you drive towards Chumathang makes it quite possible to think of Ladakh as an entirely different land from what you may have seen in Summer. There are crimson colored trees, towering bare poplars, pristine freezing rivers—all making it a beautiful and novel experience. On arrival, transfer to the guest house. Night stay at CHUMATHANG.         Â

Day 4 : Chumathang
After breakfast enjoy an unforgettable walk on the frozen river while listening to the legends of the place from the locals. We pass through a beautiful landscape of cliffs and Gorges, frozen waterfalls. Night stay at CHUMATHANG.

Day 5 : Chumathang – Leh
After breakfast return to Leh & after fresh up Evening will be free to enjoy the colorful market at Leh. Night stay at LEH.

Day 6 : Leh
Early morning departure to Pangong Lake (Salt water lake @ 14500 ft) via Karu, Changla Pass . Enjoy the beauty of the majestic lake in frozen condition. & return to Leh by the same route. Night Stay at LEH.

Day 7 : Leh
After breakfast visit Khardungla top, one of the highest Motorable passes in the world. Spend some fun times in the sub zero temperatures at the Top, Interact with the Army Personnel posted there and take lots of photos of the historic moment before you return to Leh. Night stay at LEH.

Day 8 : Departure
Early morning departure to Leh airport for onward journey to your hometown.

- 1. The tour will be conducted with the assistance local coordinator on a customized basis in case of booking of less than 15pax.
- 2. Please note that Insurance, Medical checkup fees is not currently applicable for this frozen river walk at Chumathang. If new regulations are applied by the Local government authorities, then participant has to pay those directly at Leh. The cost for the same is not included in this package.
